我常常收到很多的email ，都是有关当亲人不幸患上癌症，家里人要煮什麽给他们吃。。。。

没有错，吃和睡都是癌症病人很重要的事情。。。

但是，心灵的支持才是最最首先的，

因为如果没有勇气面对，我们煮什麽对病人都没有什麽帮助。。。。。

可是，不容易，要一个人面对死亡，谈何容易。。。

虽然很多人会说，癌症不是绝症，但是无可否认，每一个人都在走向癌化。。。

听来很悲哀，但是生命就是如此，所以积极面对癌化的生命，

是我们现代人的必修课。

接下来我会和大家陆陆续续分享，过去我照顾病人的一些食谱，帮助病人。。。
